The deposit is credited toward the total detailing price.
Deposits are generally non-refundable for customer cancellations or no-shows, subject to applicable law.
The remaining balance is due after the service is completed (Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash).
Appointment requests are subject to owner approval.
Your appointment is only confirmed after the deposit payment succeeds.
You may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If Soapy’s cancels an appointment, or a refund is legally required, your deposit is refunded.
